Service Description

For some students getting to class is a barrier to coming every week, so this class brings my practise to you, wherever you are. Join me for the same dynamic, challenging and fun classes as my in person teaching, but online. We'll work with movement and breath to build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. Roll out your mat and join me.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If 24 hours notice isn't given, a refund may not be given except in exceptional circumstances. If you are unwell, please do stay home and rest. Please keep everyone as safe as possible.
